- View Existing Contracts:
- After creating contracts, you can view all the contracts under the Contracts section. Here, you’ll find a list of contracts with their statuses, due dates, and associated customers.
- Edit Contracts:
- To edit any contract, click on the contract from the list, and you’ll be taken to the contract details page where you can modify any of the details, update the status, or upload new documents.
- Renew Contracts:
- If a contract has expired and needs renewal, you can mark it for renewal by updating the expiration date and contract status. You can also add new terms if necessary.
- Email Notifications:
- Perfex CRM can send automatic email notifications to the customer or to your team when a contract is nearing its expiration or needs attention. You can also set reminders for renewal or other important milestones.
- Invoice Linked to Contracts:
- If the contract involves billing, you can link invoices directly to the contract. This will ensure that the financial aspects of the contract are tracked and recorded.
