Segmentation allows you to target specific groups of customers for more personalized campaigns.
- Navigate to Segments:
- In the Marketing Automation section, click Segments.
- Create New Segment:
- Click on Create New Segment.
- Choose the criteria for your segment, such as:
- Demographic Information: Age, location, etc.
- Behavioral Data: Past purchases, website visits, etc.
- Custom Fields: Any custom fields you have created for your contacts.
- Assign Segments to Campaigns:
- Once a segment is created, you can assign it to your marketing campaigns.
- Segments help ensure that your marketing materials reach the right audience.
