Managing Contact Segments

Segmentation allows you to target specific groups of customers for more personalized campaigns.

  1. Navigate to Segments:
    • In the Marketing Automation section, click Segments.
  2. Create New Segment:
    • Click on Create New Segment.
    • Choose the criteria for your segment, such as:
      • Demographic Information: Age, location, etc.
      • Behavioral Data: Past purchases, website visits, etc.
      • Custom Fields: Any custom fields you have created for your contacts.
  3. Assign Segments to Campaigns:
    • Once a segment is created, you can assign it to your marketing campaigns.
    • Segments help ensure that your marketing materials reach the right audience.
