Lead Activity Management and Interaction Logging

  1. Logging Interactions:
    • Keep track of every conversation with your lead by logging activities like calls, emails, meetings, etc.
    • Go to the Lead Detail Page and click on Add Activity.
    • Choose the Activity Type (e.g., Call, Meeting, Email), and add the date and notes about the interaction.
    • Activities will be recorded in a timeline for easy reference.
  2. Follow-up Reminders:
    • Set reminders to follow up with the lead at the appropriate time.
    • In the Lead Detail Page, click Add Follow-up Reminder.
    • Enter the date and time of the follow-up, and the CRM will notify you when it’s time to reach out.
