These are products or services sold by your company. Items simplify reuse in estimates, invoices, and proposals.

Adding an Item #

  1. Go to Sales > Items.
  2. Click New Item.
  3. Enter:
    • Description
    • Long Description
    • Rate (price)
    • Tax, Unit, and Group
  4. Save. The item will now be available across all sales documents.
