How to Add a Contact to a Customer

Each customer can have multiple contacts (e.g., different people from the same company).

  1. Open an existing Customer profile.
  2. Click the Contacts tab.
  3. Click + New Contact.
  4. Enter:
    • First Name / Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Position / Role
    • Login access? (optional: allows the contact to use the client portal)
  5. Save the contact.

💡 You can also enable email notifications per contact (e.g., for invoices, tickets, etc.)
