A real-time monitor of emails being sent, scheduled, or failed from the CRM system.

๐Ÿง  Why it’s important: #

  • Ensures all emails (invoices, reminders, tasks) are being delivered.
  • Diagnoses why emails are not reaching clients.

โœ… How to Use: #

  1. Go to: Utilities > Email Queue
  2. You will see:
    • Recipient email
    • Subject
    • Email status (pending, sent, failed)
    • Timestamps
  3. If an email is โ€œstuckโ€ or โ€œfailed,โ€ hover to view the error message (e.g., “SMTP connection timeout”).

  • Visit: Setup > Email Settings
  • Check:
    • SMTP credentials
    • From address format
    • Test email to verify configuration
