Customers — Getting Started

The Customers module is where all your client information lives. You can store company details, contacts, billing info, and link projects, invoices, tickets, and more — all in one place.

What You Can Do in the Customers Module: #

  • Add companies or individual clients
  • Create and manage contacts under each customer
  • View projects, invoices, contracts, and more linked to each customer
  • Set billing & shipping addresses, taxes, and CRM access permissions

How to Add a New Customer #

  1. Go to the Customers tab in the sidebar.
  2. Click the + New Customer button.
  3. Fill out the customer information form:
    • Company Name (or individual’s name)
    • VAT Number
    • Phone
    • Country, City, ZIP, State
    • Address
    • Website (optional)
    • Billing & Shipping Address
  4. Optional: Tick Allow portal login if you want the customer to access their dashboard.
  5. Click Save.
