The Customers module is where all your client information lives. You can store company details, contacts, billing info, and link projects, invoices, tickets, and more — all in one place.
What You Can Do in the Customers Module: #
- Add companies or individual clients
- Create and manage contacts under each customer
- View projects, invoices, contracts, and more linked to each customer
- Set billing & shipping addresses, taxes, and CRM access permissions
How to Add a New Customer #
- Go to the Customers tab in the sidebar.
- Click the + New Customer button.
- Fill out the customer information form:
- Company Name (or individual’s name)
- VAT Number
- Phone
- Country, City, ZIP, State
- Address
- Website (optional)
- Billing & Shipping Address
- Optional: Tick Allow portal login if you want the customer to access their dashboard.
- Click Save.
