These reports provide insights into customer activities, engagement, and behavior within your CRM. You can see detailed data about each customer’s transactions, tasks, and interaction history.

  1. Go to: Reports > Customers
  2. Filter the data by:
    • Date range
    • Customer status (active, inactive, etc.)
    • Specific customer(s)
  3. The report shows:
    • Total number of active or inactive customers
    • Revenue generated by each customer
    • Number of tickets created, tasks completed, or support issues raised
  4. Export the data as a CSV, Excel, or PDF.
