Navigate to the Campaigns Page:
- In the Marketing Automation menu, click on Campaigns.
- You will see a list of all your current campaigns (active or paused).
Create a New Campaign:
- Click on the New Campaign button.
- Choose from the available campaign types (e.g., Email Campaign, SMS Campaign, or Multi-Channel Campaign).
Campaign Settings:
- Name: Give your campaign a meaningful name for easy tracking.
- Description: Provide a short description of what this campaign is about.
- Send Time: Choose when you want to send the campaign (e.g., immediate, scheduled).
- Audience: Select the target audience from your existing contact list or customer segmentation groups.
Designing the Campaign:
- Email Template: Choose a pre-designed template or create a custom one using the built-in drag-and-drop editor.
- SMS Content: If it’s an SMS campaign, add the SMS message.
- Multi-Channel: Select the different channels you want to use for your campaign (email, SMS, etc.).
Tracking and Analytics:
- Set up tracking parameters (e.g., UTM links) to track the performance of the campaign across various platforms.
- Choose conversion goals to track (e.g., click-throughs, form submissions).
Testing the Campaign:
- Send test emails or messages to yourself or a colleague to ensure everything looks and works as expected.
Launch Campaign:
Once the campaign is ready, click Launch to start sending it to the selected audience.
