Converting Leads to Opportunities and Clients

  1. Converting Leads into Opportunities:
    • Once a lead shows genuine interest and meets certain criteria (e.g., engagement with your content or interest in purchasing), you can convert the lead into an opportunity.
    • In the Lead Detail Page, click on the Convert to Opportunity button.
    • The lead’s data will be transferred to the Opportunities Module, and it will now be considered an active sales opportunity.
  2. Converting Leads into Clients:
    • If a lead becomes a paying customer, you can convert the lead into a client directly in the CRM.
    • On the Lead Detail Page, click on the Convert to Client button.
    • This action will automatically create a new Customer Profile in the Customers Module, along with all the lead details, and the lead will be marked as Closed or Won.
