Once a lead shows genuine interest and meets certain criteria (e.g., engagement with your content or interest in purchasing), you can convert the lead into an opportunity.
In the Lead Detail Page, click on the Convert to Opportunity button.
The lead’s data will be transferred to the Opportunities Module, and it will now be considered an active sales opportunity.
Converting Leads into Clients:
If a lead becomes a paying customer, you can convert the lead into a client directly in the CRM.
On the Lead Detail Page, click on the Convert to Client button.
This action will automatically create a new Customer Profile in the Customers Module, along with all the lead details, and the lead will be marked as Closed or Won.
