Filtering Tasks: #
- In the task overview page, you can filter tasks based on different criteria such as:
- Assigned to: Filter by team member.
- Status: View tasks by their current status (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Completed).
- Priority: Sort tasks by priority (Low, Medium, High).
- Due Date: View tasks that are due soon or overdue.
Editing or Updating Tasks: #
- If a task needs changes, click on the task title to open the detailed view. From here, you can:
- Edit Task Information: Update the description, priority, due date, or assignee.
- Change Status: Mark the task as in progress, completed, or update its status to something else.
- Add Notes or Comments: Add internal comments or notes that can help clarify the task or provide additional instructions.
- Add Attachments: Upload documents or files related to the task.
Marking Tasks as Completed: #
- Once a task is finished, go to the task details page and select the Completed option under Status. This will move the task to the completed section.
