Each customer can have multiple contacts (e.g., different people from the same company).
- Open an existing Customer profile.
- Click the Contacts tab.
- Click + New Contact.
- Enter:
- First Name / Last Name
- Phone
- Position / Role
- Login access? (optional: allows the contact to use the client portal)
- Save the contact.
💡 You can also enable email notifications per contact (e.g., for invoices, tickets, etc.)
