- Navigate to the Contracts Module:
- In the Intellent CRM, go to the sidebar and click on Contracts under the Sales section. This will take you to the Contracts dashboard.
- Click on “Add Contract”:
- Once you’re in the Contracts section, you’ll see a button labeled Add Contract. Click this button to start creating a new contract.
- Fill in Contract Details:
- Customer: Select the customer for whom the contract is being created. This can be any existing customer in the CRM.
- Contract Subject: Provide a short title for the contract (e.g., “Software License Agreement”, “Maintenance Agreement”).
- Contract Type: Choose the type of contract (e.g., Service, Product).
- Contract Value: Enter the total value of the contract. This could be a fixed value or based on subscriptions or services provided.
- Start Date & End Date: Select the start and end dates of the contract.
- Due Date: Specify the due date for the contract’s execution or renewal.
- Contract Status: Choose the current status of the contract (e.g., Draft, Active, Expired).
- Add Items and Services:
- If the contract involves specific items or services, you can link them here. For example, if you’re providing software, you can link a software license or related service. This will associate the products or services with the contract.
- Set Terms and Conditions:
- Add the terms and conditions or any special instructions related to the contract. This could be a summary of the agreement or detailed contractual clauses.
- Upload Supporting Documents:
- If there are any supporting documents (e.g., PDF files, scanned contracts), you can upload them directly to the contract. This allows you to keep everything organized and accessible from within the CRM.
- Save the Contract:
- Once all the details are entered, click on the Save Contract button to finalize the contract.
