Calendar Feeds (iCal Sync)

A feature that creates iCal URLs for syncing CRM tasks, events, or invoices to third-party calendars.

🧠 Why it’s important: #

• Ensures CRM events appear in your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
• Great for time management across tools.

✅ How to Use: #

1. Go to: Utilities > Calendar Feeds
2. Copy the feed URL(s) available:
   • Tasks
   • Invoices
   • Projects
   • Reminders
3. Paste the URL into your preferred calendar tool:
   • Google Calendar: Add → From URL
   • Outlook: Add Calendar → From Internet

🔄 Sync Behavior: #

• Sync is one-way (CRM → Calendar).
• Updates are not instant — calendars fetch data every few minutes to a few hours.
