🔍 What it is: #

This tool scans your uploads folder to detect unused or orphaned files (e.g., old attachments, images, PDFs not linked to any CRM record).

🧠 Why it’s important: #

• Over time, uploaded files that are no longer in use can clog your disk space.
• Helps keep storage usage lean and clean.

✅ How to Use: #

1. Go to: Utilities > Uploads Cleaner
2. Click “Scan Now”
3. Review the list of files not currently linked to any customer, task, or invoice.
4. Select items to delete.
5. Confirm deletion.

⚠️ Caution: #

• Files may be used externally or re-linked later, so download a copy before deleting.
• Always cross-check before deleting en masse.
