- Logging Interactions:
- Keep track of every conversation with your lead by logging activities like calls, emails, meetings, etc.
- Go to the Lead Detail Page and click on Add Activity.
- Choose the Activity Type (e.g., Call, Meeting, Email), and add the date and notes about the interaction.
- Activities will be recorded in a timeline for easy reference.
- Follow-up Reminders:
- Set reminders to follow up with the lead at the appropriate time.
- In the Lead Detail Page, click Add Follow-up Reminder.
- Enter the date and time of the follow-up, and the CRM will notify you when it’s time to reach out.
