Managing and Tracking Leads

  1. Lead List View:
    • After saving leads, they are displayed in the Leads Dashboard in a list view.
    • The lead list displays basic information like Name, Company, Status, Lead Value, and Tags.
  2. Sorting and Filtering Leads:
    • You can sort leads based on various criteria such as name, value, or status.
    • Use filters to view leads by status (e.g., New, In Progress), tags, source, or date created. Filters allow you to segment leads for targeted outreach.
  3. Viewing Lead Details:
    • To view a lead’s details, click on the lead’s name from the Leads Dashboard.
    • The Lead Detail Page will open, showing all the information you entered during the lead creation process.
    • You can edit lead details by clicking the Edit button in the upper-right corner.
  4. Adding Notes and Activities:
    • Within the Lead Detail Page, you can add notes for important updates or context.
    • Activities (e.g., meetings, calls) can be logged for each lead. These activities will help track your interactions with the lead and provide insight into their current status.
