- Accessing the Leads Module:
- From the main dashboard, navigate to the Leads module.
- Click on the Leads tab to access the lead management screen.
- Creating a New Lead:
- Click on the + New Lead button.
- A pop-up form will appear with fields for entering lead information.
- Fill in the Lead Information:
- Name: Enter the name of the lead (usually the contact person from the business).
- Position: The role of the lead (e.g., Marketing Manager, Sales Director).
- Company: The company the lead represents.
- Description: A short description of the lead’s interest or needs.
- Country: The lead’s country of operation.
- City: The lead’s city.
- State/Province: The lead’s state or province (if applicable).
- Zip: The zip code for the lead’s address.
- Phone Number: The lead’s contact phone number.
- Email: The lead’s email address.
- Lead Value: The estimated potential value of the lead. This can be useful for prioritizing and forecasting.
- Status: Set the lead status (e.g., New, In Progress, Closed).
- Source: How you got the lead (e.g., Referral, Website, Lead Finder, Social Media, etc.).
- Tags: Add tags to categorize leads (e.g., Hot, Warm, Cold, Industry-specific tags like “Retail,” “Technology”).
- Saving the Lead:
- After filling in the necessary details, click on Save to create the lead.
- Once saved, you’ll be taken back to the Leads Dashboard, where the new lead will appear in the list.
